Amazing service and views!
Just spent 4 nights here for a couple getaway. The staff was super friendly, especially Gerardo, who made us feel right at home! The room was spacious and clean, and the view was killer. The international cuisine at the restaurant was so good, but parking could be a bit tricky at times.

Nice pool area. Check-in was messy with overselling rooms and slow internet.

I had a comfortable stay, enjoying the spacious bathroom and the nice views from my room. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing, and the cozy lounge area added to the chill vibes. Just a heads up, the hotel could use some minor repairs here and there, but it didn’t ruin my experience. ☀️

The King Room Mountain View offered a breathtaking view that significantly enhanced my stay. The spacious layout, particularly the bathroom, was a great advantage for my work needs. The concierge team, especially Gerardo, provided exceptional assistance, making me feel welcomed and supported throughout my visit.
The front desk staff were unhelpful and often seemed uninterested in assisting guests.

missingWrote a review on 26 Julbeautiful viewscomfortable pool area
I had a decent stay, but it was a bit of a mixed bag. The pool area on the 15th floor was fantastic, nice views, and I enjoyed lounging there after a long day. But I can't shake the feeling of being treated as a push over, especially when I had to ask multiple times about my room issues.
It was pricey but still acceptable, considering what was offered.
-
missingWrote a review on 12 Julpoor isolation
The room isolation left much to be desired. sounds from the aisles made it difficult to catch any sleep, especially during the early hours when other guests were quite loud. Additionally, Wi-Fi struggled to maintain a connection in the rooms, complicating my ability to get work done. A lack of English proficiency from staff made communication a bit clunky at times, which may be a hiccup for some travelers.
